At Starpil Wax, we want to ensure you have the best professional waxing experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from Starpil Wax within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
